Juggernauts

This arc was kickstarted by Sebastian sending Rocks to the Brimstone Knights headquarters to deliver a letter listing the transgressions of mansion residents who had performed morally unjust acts in their lifetime.

The premise involved an outside faction known as the Brimstone Knights, who fought against the evils and corrupt nature of the world. Focused more as a deluded Chaotic Good group, they focused on the mansion for its dubious reputation as housing murderers and others of ill repute. A warning was issued to the mansion to relinquish a list of mansion residents deemed as 'evil' by the Brimstone Knights.

Five heads of the Brimstone Knights leading five different factions each individually led assaults against the mansion, ramping up difficulties in their fights with each passing attempt. During this phase of the arc, Alice had been evicted from the estate for her ruthless and cold handling of the leader of the first faction in the Brimstone Knights, resulting in his death.

The Knights were stopped in brutal fashion, their choice to either submit to the Mansion or die in battle. A majority took the latter option, resulting in a massive loss of life on the Knight's part. While the mansion took no casualties in the attacks, two people had died in consequence from the Knight's raid against the mansion: Doctor Hyde and Rip Van Winkle.

Trivia[]

  • This Arc was a joint collaboration between Grell and Kuro focusing on the morally dubious actions the mansion residents have taken in the canon's history.
  • A good chunk of the cemetery behind the mansion is filled with people who once fought for the Knights.
  • All characters listed as wanted by the Knights had previously killed someone in the canon at some point. While some residents were not 'evil' or killed many people, they counted individuals who also killed villains.
