Frances Louise Japonica, or just Frankie, is a half-Mo'Gallian with a Were-frog mother, and human father. She currently attends the Town Public Highschool as a second-year student.

As a half were-frog, Frankie has an extremely long tongue that is capable of moving with impressive dexterity. However, due to having a still-developing teenage body, her tongue is difficult to control and at times, it even moves on its own accord, seemingly.
